When you request a Systono demo, we collect the contact information and organization details you provide, including your name, work email, phone number, company, portfolio size, current software, and areas of interest.

How this information is used

We use these details to respond to your request, prepare a relevant demonstration, and coordinate follow-up about Systono. We also record the page and campaign that brought you here when available.

Storage and scheduling

Your request is saved before you choose a meeting time. The production site uses a private server-side storage provider or Systono’s backend. If online scheduling is enabled, Cal.com receives your name, email, and request reference to arrange the meeting and provide calendar services.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits and progress through the demo request flow. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and form answers are not included in our custom analytics events.

Your choices

You may leave the form before submitting it. After submitting, you may ask to correct or remove your request, or ask us not to follow up, by replying to any Systono demo correspondence.
